Bullock Lake Farm is one of Salt Spring’s oldest agricultural properties, spanning 24 acres of rolling pastures, wetland, historic orchard and forest. Henry Bullock, "the squire of Salt Spring," came to Salt Spring from England the late 1800s and established a large farm surrounding what is today known as Bullock Lake. Historically, the farm produced grains, vegetables, fruit and livestock and was home to the island's first creamery.
This year we are in the process of developing a diversified and organic family farm that will produce organic vegetables, fruit, flowers, and pasture-raised meats.

This year we are raising pastured, heritage breed pork, pastured poultry, and laying hens. Eggs are available at the farm and organically raised chickens will available by July.
